On the professional front, it's choosing the place you're going to work. And getting that would go with investment too, of like, who you're going to invest with, the person, not the company, putting an emphasis on the people that you're going to align with, if you're going to partner with somebody, if you're going to go take a job from somebody, you're going to invest in somebody. There's a person behind it, right? Like, there's always, it's always a person you're investing in a company, well, there's a CEO, there's a founding team, there's a real estate project that you're going to invest in. Well, there's somebody who's running point on managing that project.
